1. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer nationwide delivery to all cities and towns within Pakistan.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not facilitate international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your specific location.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take between 5–7 working days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below Rs. 2,000 will incur a standard delivery charge which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email.

  • You can use this number to check the live status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, courier operational issues, or public holidays).

  • Note: Bin Khalid is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services; however, our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel should any issues arise.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.

  • If your package arrives damaged, opened, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will promptly investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
