2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or Clearance items (these are final sale unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit instead.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Bin Khalid will cover all return shipping charges.

  • Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
